Jeanne is a custom designer in the art of haircutting. She is committed to having a personal focus on every client and their individual needs. She has been recognized for her extreme eye for detail and the extended wear of the hairstyles she creates. Her specialties are broad, from fashion forward pixies, to long flowing layers, to the most challenging textures. Her creative curiosities have lead her into learning the art of hair color and brow waxing.
Jeanne was selected by Horst Rechelbacher to be a part of the Horst and Friends salon and Intelligent Nutrients education team in May of 2010. She divides her time with clients in the salon, product testing, consulting with salons, and traveling as a Lead Educator for Intelligent Nutrients.
Jeanne has spent her whole career training with many of the iconic figures in the beauty industry.  Her commitment to excellence and education allows her the privilege of working alongside some of the greats of her craft. She views true beauty on a holistic level, and is merging her love for the Intelligent Nutrients brand with her professional skills.

Tracy's enthusiasm for turning his clients into trendsetters is what inspires his approach to cutting. A love for working with all hair types- long, short, textured---keeps him excited to constantly learn and experiment with new trends and techniques in styling. Tracy recently worked on Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC and was a stylist for the General Mills Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign.

Stylist Victoria Howe's holistic approach to hair began in 1996 while she was training at the Aveda Institute and then started at Horst Salons. She began an educational journey at Denny Kemp Salon where she worked/learned for seven years before moving on to become an independent stylist at the well-respected Studio 411.  While there, Victoria built up a loyal client following; one that encouraged her pursuits of travel and continued education.  Throughout her adventures to Spain, Mexico, New York, Miami and Chicago, Victoria has been a keen observer of various styles and trends on both an international and regional level and she has enthusiastically brought new techniques and ideas back to her clients.
In joining Horst and Friends Salon in May of 2011, Victoria has come full circle in her career.  She is delighted to align herself with the philosophy and practices of this celebrated stylist, which feeds her loves of integrated beauty, organic products and continued education. While she is accomplished in all areas of hair styling, Victoria's true passion is for cutting and up-do's.  She has the unique ability to really see her clients, who they are, and how they want to express themselves.  She applies this intuition when creating a look that is harmonious with their lifestyles.  Victoria frequently calls New York City home where her New York-based clients wait patiently for her bi-monthly visits.  

Master Stylist Ebony J. Davis was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, She has been interested in the beauty industry since childhood. After graduating high school, she pursued her calling at Aveda Institute Minneapolis, where she earned her Cosmetology license in1998. "I’ve been extremely fortunate throughout my career to have had great mentors and numerous opportunities to learn from the best in the hair and beauty business”, said Davis. Those mentors include Curtis Strother of Curtis & Company Salon and Tiffany Wilson of V.I.P. Salon, and Brian Graham of Brian Graham Salon (BGS) in downtown Minneapolis. While at BGS , Davis greatly expanded her skills. "It's really important to me to know how to style all hair types and at BGS, I was able to expand my knowledge and versatility," said Davis. Inspired by Graham’s ethics, leadership and his great attention to detail, Davis honed her skills in cutting, coloring, and customer service."We frequently participated in advanced trainings in cutting, styling, and technique classes from some the top companies in the industry; Bumble & Bumble, Aveda, Redken, Kurt Kueffner and David Adams of Aveda.” Davis went on to become one of the best in the industry in working with highly textured and curly hair as well as demonstrating expert skill, talent and versatility with all hair types. Today, more than thirteen years into her career, Davis is thrilled to be part of the creative team of stylists and educators for Intelligent Nutrients (IN), the all natural health and beauty product line founded by visionary Ecopreneur, Horst Rechelbacher. As a Master Stylist, Make-up Artist and Educator at Horst and Friends Salon, an entity of IN, Davis is on the next leg of her journey of learning and growth. With Horst Rechelbacher at the helm, she is blessed to have yet another amazing mentor. Ebony J. Davis' work has been featured in advertisements for MN IVEY Awards, Martha Stewart Weddings Midwest, and People Magazines.

Chad began hairstyling in 1998, and spent his first five years in the Aveda network specializing in haircutting and styling. In 2004 he began coloring hair and over the next six years studied advanced training techniques in Madrid, Barcelona, Toronto, Berlin, New York, Miami, Los Angles, and San Diego. In June of 2011 Chad was honored to join the team at Horst and Friends Salon. He continues to serve salon clients while also teaching as an Intelligent Nutrients educator. Drawing inspiration from fashion, film, travelling and art, Chad loves creating and collaborating with clients to help them find the best looks to compliment their lifestyle.

With almost 10 years of experience, Pada has extensive training in highly precision hair cutting and hair coloring, where her passion shines. She specializes in corrective colors, dimensional colors, blondes and balayage. She also completed advance training in make-up, brow shaping/tinting and is an E-Lan Lash certified lash extension specialist. Pada's work has been featured in hair and fashion shows, fashion photo shoots, video shoots, as well as ad campaigns, including projects with Horst, local designer Teaser by Yuli, designer Dokiang for the Fresh Tradition Fashion Show and many more.
As an Educator for Intelligent Nutrients, she embraces learning about non-toxic organic beauty products and educating her clients not only today’s latest beauty trends, but most importantly, today’s choices in healthy non-toxic beauty products.

Jennifer has been evolving in the hair industry for nearly two decades. Her obsession for hair design began at Aveda Institute in '94 and her inspiration for advanced education has continued to grow following the trends of global designers. Her passion is building the confidence and beauty that each individual desires by analyzing their lifestyle and producing a look thats right for them. Her mission is to create awareness correlatin g that what we put into our body reflects our outer being. Jennifer's speciality services include: Eyelash Extensions and Eyelash Tinting, Trend Cutting, Dimentional Coloring, Permanant Hair Straightening, Waxing, Razor Cutting, Brow Tinting and Hair Extensions.

Ashlee has been in the salon industry since receiving her Cosmetology license from the Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 2006. After working as a stylist in Saint Paul, she went on to receive her certification in makeup artistry. Ashlee has worked doing hair and makeup for various photo shoots, fashion shows and weddings. Wanting to learn the business side of the salon industry, Ashlee worked for a year as a salon coordinator in Minneapolis. Ashlee’s favorite part of the beauty business is making people feel good, while working with like minded and like hearted people. Loving the mission of Intelligent Nutrients, she joined the IN team in September 2011.
